PITTSBURGH, PA. October 24, 2025 — Ten Ten Ten, a new nonprofit movement dedicated to transforming the U.S. healthcare system, today announced the launch of its official website, TenTenTen.org. The platform offers Americans a transparent way to measure national health outcomes, spending, and equity, and to join a growing movement for responsible healthcare reform.

“Ten Ten Ten gives America the tools to measure progress, not promises,” said T.J. Tedesco, Cofounder and Executive Director of Ten Ten Ten. “For decades, we’ve paid more and gotten less. This website is our invitation to anyone who believes we can do better.”

A Data-Driven Path Toward a Better Health System

Ten Ten Ten’s mission is bold: make the United States a Top Ten nation in health outcomes, spend no more than Ten Percent of GDP on healthcare, and achieve this within Ten Years.

The new website is built around three flagship initiatives that drive this vision:

• The Ten Ten Ten Index – A public scorecard tracking U.S. performance on outcomes, cost, and equity relative to other nations.
• The Ten Ten Ten Certification – A seal recognizing healthcare products, procedures, and services that demonstrably improve health and reduce waste.
• The Ten Ten Ten Pledge – A national call to action for individuals, employers, and policymakers to commit to measurable change.

Transparency, Evidence, and Action

The new website embodies Ten Ten Ten’s transparency promise:

• All data sources, methods, and results are public and downloadable.
• Conflicts of interest and funding sources are disclosed.
• Partners are recognized for verified results, not intent.
• Visitors can sign the Ten Ten Ten Pledge, explore interactive data dashboards, and download evidence-based playbooks showing how employers and health organizations can reduce waste and improve outcomes.

Building a National Coalition

“Every wasted dollar in healthcare is a lost opportunity for better health,” said Bhargav Raman, MD, MPH, Cofounder and Clinical & Analytics Lead. “We’re bringing transparency to the center of healthcare improvement. The Ten Ten Ten website is how that movement begins.”

Ten Ten Ten is currently building a coalition of employers, clinicians, policymakers, and citizens committed to measurable progress. The organization is seeking founding partners and donors to help expand the Index and Certification programs in 2026.
