The North Star keeps everyone aimed at the same destination: a United States with Top Ten outcomes, spending no more than Ten Percent of GDP on healthcare, achieved within Ten Years. It’s simple enough to remember, specific enough to measure, and strong enough to unify policy, purchasing, and care.
Ten Ten Ten Index
The Ten Ten Ten Index translates complex data into a public scorecard that shows whether the U.S. is getting healthier for less, and where to focus next. It blends outcomes, value, and equity into a single, transparent number so leaders can see unwarranted variation, copy what works, and retire low-value care
Pledge
The Ten Ten Ten Pledge builds the civic mandate for change. Individuals and organizations commit to better health outcomes and lower costs, and add their voice to a growing coalition that supports leaders who move the numbers.
