Help Build a Healthcare Reform Brand from the Ground Up

Ten Ten Ten is a young nonprofit pursuing a bold national goal: Top Ten health outcomes, Ten Percent of GDP spent on healthcare, and meaningful progress within Ten Years. We are looking for a volunteer content maven to help build our public voice across our social properties, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Substack, and soon, Reddit.

This role is more than just posting. You will collaborate directly with our founders, clinicians, researchers, advisors, your peers, and project leaders to identify the best ideas, transform them into timely and engaging content, and help craft a thoughtful, unique Ten Ten Ten brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Create sharp, engaging social content about healthcare reform, affordability, outcomes, and accountability.
  • Work with team members to uncover stories, insights, research, and news worth sharing.
  • Translate complex healthcare topics into clear, accessible posts.
  • Create or coordinate strong accompanying graphics.
  • Adapt content for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Maintain a reliable content rhythm while prioritizing quality over volume.
  • Track what works and help grow Ten Ten Ten’s reach and influence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong judgment about tone, timing, and audience.
  • Curiosity about healthcare, policy, economics, communications, or social impact.
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating with a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva.
  • Energy, creativity, dependability, and a willingness to take ownership.

Experience in communications, journalism, marketing, healthcare, public policy, nonprofit work, or graphic design is helpful, but not required.

What You’ll Gain

You will help shape the voice of a growing national organization while building meaningful experience in healthcare communications. You’ll gain published work, portfolio pieces, direct access to healthcare leaders, professional references, creative ownership, and the opportunity to make complicated healthcare issues matter to a broader audience.

This is a flexible volunteer role. We will work around your job, school, family, and other commitments. What matters most is consistent communication, strong ideas, and dependable follow-through.

We are looking for a volunteer video maven to help build our voice and audience across our social properties with an emphasis on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

This is more than a video editing role. You will collaborate with our founders, clinicians, researchers, advisors, and project leaders to identify strong ideas, develop compelling video concepts, and turn complex healthcare issues into clear, timely, and engaging content.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop short-form and long-form video content about healthcare reform, affordability, outcomes, and accountability.

  • Comfort using video-editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to make complicated subjects clear without making them simplistic.
  • Curiosity about healthcare, policy, economics, communications, or social impact.
  • Energy, creativity, dependability, and a willingness to take ownership.

Experience in video production, social media, journalism, marketing, healthcare, public policy, nonprofit work, or digital storytelling is helpful, but not required. A strong portfolio, natural storytelling ability, and enthusiasm for learning may matter more than formal credentials.

You will help build the video presence of a growing national healthcare reform organization from the ground up. You’ll gain published work, portfolio pieces, direct access to healthcare leaders, professional references, creative ownership, and experience developing a distinctive video brand across fast-growing platforms.

Help Launch a Healthcare Reform Community from the Ground Up

Ten Ten Ten is a young nonprofit pursuing a bold national goal: Top Ten health outcomes, Ten Percent of GDP spent on healthcare, and meaningful progress within Ten Years. We are looking for a volunteer Reddit Community Lead to help us launch and grow Ten Ten Ten’s presence on Reddit. This person will help establish our new community, shape its voice and standards, identify relevant conversations, and create thoughtful discussions about healthcare outcomes, affordability, transparency, and reform.

This role is not about flooding Reddit with promotional content. It is about earning trust, contributing useful information, asking good questions, and building a credible community where patients, clinicians, employers, researchers, policymakers, and other interested people can exchange ideas.

What You’ll Do

  • Help launch and organize Ten Ten Ten’s new Reddit community, including its description, rules, post categories, FAQs, and introductory content.
  • Develop a practical launch and growth plan for the community.
  • Create clear, engaging posts about healthcare reform, affordability, outcomes, accountability, and solutions that work.
  • Turn Ten Ten Ten research, articles, playbooks, and initiatives into discussion-worthy Reddit content.
  • Identify relevant subreddits and conversations where Ten Ten Ten can contribute constructively and appropriately.
  • Ask thoughtful questions that encourage informed discussion rather than simply broadcasting organizational messages.
  • Respond to comments, welcome new members, and help establish a respectful and intellectually curious culture.
  • Moderate discussions, address spam or inappropriate content, and apply community guidelines consistently.
  • Help organize Ask Me Anything sessions, expert discussions, polls, and other community-building activities.
  • Track participation, engagement, and recurring themes to help us understand what resonates with Reddit users.
  • Collaborate with Ten Ten Ten’s founders, clinicians, researchers, advisors, and communications volunteers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong familiarity with Reddit’s culture, norms, communities, and moderation practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and conversational skills.
  • Good judgment about tone, transparency, self-promotion, and community trust.
  • Curiosity about healthcare, public policy, economics, communications, or social impact.
  • The ability to make complicated healthcare issues understandable without oversimplifying them.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with a diverse and distributed team.
  • Patience, reliability, diplomacy, and a willingness to take ownership.

Experience in community management, moderation, communications, journalism, healthcare, public policy, nonprofit work, or digital marketing is helpful, but not required. Active participation in Reddit communities is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Gain

You will have the opportunity to build a new public-facing community for a growing national nonprofit and help shape how serious healthcare reform is discussed online.

You’ll gain published work, community-building and moderation experience, portfolio material, direct access to healthcare leaders, professional references, creative ownership, and the opportunity to help make complicated healthcare issues understandable and relevant to a broader audience.

This is a flexible volunteer role. We will work around your job, school, family, and other commitments. What matters most is consistent communication, sound judgment, genuine interest in Reddit, and dependable follow-through.

We are looking for a volunteer Grants & Development Coordinator to help identify funding opportunities, develop strong proposals, and build the fundraising foundation of a growing organization.

This role is about more than completing applications. • Dependability, good judgment, and a willingness to take ownership.
  • Comfort working independently in a flexible, largely virtual environment.

Experience in grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit development, healthcare, public policy, research, or communications is helpful, but not required. Strong writers who want to build practical development experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Gain

You will help shape the funding strategy of a growing national nonprofit while gaining meaningful experience in grant research, proposal development, donor communications, and nonprofit operations.

You’ll build portfolio-quality work, collaborate directly with healthcare leaders and subject-matter experts, receive professional references, and gain exposure to foundations, fundraising strategy, and the realities of building a mission-driven organization.

This is a flexible volunteer role. We will work around your job, school, family, and other commitments. What matters most is strong writing, consistent communication, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
