Our Leadership

T.J. Tedesco, MBA

Cofounder, Team Lead

T.J. Tedesco cofounded Ten Ten Ten after a career spent building and scaling organizations at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and responsible spending. As co-founder of VIVIO Health, he helped pioneer a data, driven alternative to traditional pharmacy benefit management, delivering better outcomes while saving employers 30–40% on specialty drug costs. Earlier, he led a successful marketing and growth consultancy for health IT firms, guiding early, stage innovators into national prominence.

Ten Ten Ten is the natural next step in T.J.’s journey: transforming lessons learned from two decades of work in healthcare reform into a bold nonprofit movement. He brings proven expertise in transparency, data-driven accountability, and coalition-building skills essential for rallying employers, policymakers, clinicians, and citizens around a common cause. Under his leadership, Ten Ten Ten is not just setting ambitious goals, top ten health outcomes, Ten Percent of GDP, in ten years, it is creating the tools, partnerships, and momentum needed to achieve them.

At Ten Ten Ten, Bhargav leads our Clinical & Analytics work, building the backbone of the Ten Ten Ten Index and Certification. His gift lies in translating complicated clinical and cost data into tools that are rigorous, transparent, and easy to understand. Whether working with employers, policymakers, or frontline clinicians, he ensures that the numbers tell a story people can trust. Bhargav’s blend of medical training, analytic expertise, and systems thinking makes him a vital force in our mission to achieve Top Ten health outcomes at Ten Percent of GDP within Ten Years.
