Make better care and fair prices to the norm

Your donation turns open methods into measurable change for millions. It matters.

Ten Ten Ten is building the tools the U.S. health system has avoided for decades: clear goals, public measurement, and accountability for results. With your support, we turn transparent data and open standards into action that improves outcomes and curbs runaway costs.

Our North Star is simple and urgent: help the United States become a Top Ten nation in health outcomes while bringing healthcare spending back to sustainable levels.

Thank you for visiting our donation page

Ten Ten Ten is an early-stage nonprofit, and we have applied to the IRS for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. While our application is pending, donations may not be tax-deductible, so we are not accepting contributions at this time.

If you would like to support our work to help fix the U.S. health system, please complete the short form below. We will contact you as soon as our tax-exempt status is confirmed, which we expect to occur in the first half of 2026.
