Our mission is to make the United States a Top Ten nation in health outcomes, spend no more than Ten Percent of GDP on healthcare, and achieve this within Ten Years.

We pursue this bold vision through transparent measurement, evidence-based solutions, and a nationwide coalition of employers, clinicians, policymakers, and citizens committed to responsible healthcare spending.
