Why Now :
The idea behind Ten Ten Ten has been germinating for decades. The byzantine dysfunction of the U.S. health system is mind-boggling, not just to the Ten Ten Ten team, but to countless people who’ve devoted their careers to making care timely, affordable, and effective.
We’re a new organization with big goals, but we’re realistic. Some work we can deliver today. Other work requires funding to build and scale the tools the country deserves. Below is a snapshot of our current status, our goals for tomorrow, and the resources required.
A simple, public commitment to outcomes that improve, waste that shrinks, and equity that’s built in. Add your name; share it widely.
We collaborate with employers, clinicians, payers, and civic leaders who want measurable improvement, not slogans.
Our leadership team has helped employers remove millions in waste from America’s specialty drug spend while improving outcomes. We translate this experience into clear, data-driven guidance vetted by our advisors.
We publish pragmatic, real-world playbooks, grounded in evidence, tested in practice, and reviewed by experts to help organizations act with confidence.
We know what “great” should feel like: fast, intuitive drill-downs from national to local views; clear trend lines; equity breakouts; clickable benchmarks; exportable measures. To make this a destination for the public, media, and decision-makers, we need engineering and data infrastructure.
Your contribution helps build: the UX (user experience), dynamic dashboards, data pipelines, equity stratification, API, data exports, quality assurance, and uptime.
A rigorous, algorithm-supported process that verifies whether solutions, plans, networks, or care models actually move outcomes up and total costs down—without compromising safety or equity. System design is underway; we still need to build the beta, run at least a dozen end-to-end certifications, and publish methods and results.
Your contribution helps build: the scoring engine, audit rules, evidence standards, reviewer workflow, appeals process, and public registry.
Ten Ten Ten Copilot will be an AI policy and solution reviewer that evaluates healthcare proposals against evidence and cost, recommends improvements, and shows its work with transparent methods, citations, and model notes.
Your contribution helps fund the building, training, testing, and operations of the Ten Ten Ten Copilot. We will maintain the privacy of our data and certification partners.
We will publish the math behind rankings and certifications so anyone can check our work.
We will provide regular updates on what shipped, what slipped, and why.

If it doesn’t improve health outcomes, expand access, or reduce total cost of care without harming safety or equity, it doesn’t pass.
